We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. Customers may contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund. Lenticular Paw is dedicated to protecting our customers' rights and handles all return and exchange requests promptly and professionally.

For return or refund requests beyond 30 days, please contact our support team. We will work with you to find a suitable solution based on your situation.


How to Return an Item

  1. Send your return request to support@lenticularpaw.com with your reason for return.

  2. Our support team will follow up with return instructions.

  3. Place the item in its original packaging and send it to the return address we provide.

  4. Once shipped, please share the tracking number with us for reference.


Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and process your return, we will initiate a refund or exchange based on your preference.

Please do not return the item to the sender address printed on the package, as this is not the correct return address. Doing so may delay your refund or exchange. We will provide the correct return address via email after you contact us.
