A Moment of Loss That Redefined “Love”
I’ve always been an animal lover. At home, I have a gentle Labrador, a clever Shepherd, and once, a sweet tabby cat. They were more than pets—they were family, bringing joy, comfort, and a sense of home into my life.
But one mistake became a lasting pain in my heart. One year, my tabby cat passed away from pneumonia—because I didn’t realize how sick she was in time to get her treated. That loss made me deeply aware that while our pets’ lives may be short, they spend every moment loving us unconditionally. The least we can do is give them the fullest protection and care in return.
From Self-Funded Rescues
To make peace with my regret, I gathered a few friends who shared the same love for animals. Together, we formed a small, self-funded rescue team, taking in abandoned, stray, and homeless dogs and cats. We provided food, shelter, and medical care, and worked to find them loving homes.
I witnessed countless moments of transformation—watching once-fearful animals blossom into happy, trusting companions. Even the smallest act of kindness could change a life.
But reality caught up with us. Busy jobs and financial strain eventually forced us to disband. Still, I couldn’t shake the thought: was there a way to keep this mission alive, and make it even stronger?

After months of reflection, I decided to create Lenticular Paw—a brand that could bring our team back together in a sustainable way, and weave our love for animals into every piece we create.
We chose lenticular portraits—a modern, visually striking art form. Unlike traditional paintings, lenticular art changes as you view it from different angles, revealing multiple images in a single frame. This dynamic style perfectly captures the many sides of a pet’s personality, preserving their charm in a way that feels alive and timeless.
