• Upload clear, close-up photos, especially ones that clearly show your pet’s facial features.
• Try to take the photo at your pet’s eye level — avoid shooting from above or below.
• Natural daylight works best — please avoid using flash.
• Make sure your pet’s expression looks natural and the pose is steady — avoid motion blur.
• If your pet has long ears or fluffy fur, ensure these features are fully visible and not cut off.
